Welcome back!
Reservations are no longer required to climb at Toprock! We do however still have precautions in place to ensure a safe visit for everyone. Please familiarize yourself with the following to ensure a fun and respectful experience!
BEFORE YOUR VISIT
As mandated by the Ontario government, all visitors to non-essential businesses age 12 and over must show proof of full vaccination (two doses + 14 days protection period). You must bring with you to the gym, in person, the following:
One piece of government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s licence or health card)
Proof of full vaccination (a copy of your second shot vaccination receipt, OR the provincially issued proof of vaccination receipt)
Please see https://covid-19.ontario.ca/proof-covid-19-vaccination for more information, or contact us at info@toprockclimbing.com if you have questions.
ARRIVING AT TOPROCK
Masks are required and must be worn at all times within the facility. You may step outside for relief whenever you need a breath of fresh air, but please do not pull your mask down to breathe while you’re inside the gym.
Sanitize your hands immediately upon arrival.
Check-in at the front desk at the start of your session. You will be required to show your photo ID and proof of vaccination if you have not yet done so.
Eat before arriving (eating is not allowed in the facility at this time).
Bring a water bottle (the water fill station is available to fill your bottle, but the drinking spout will be turned off).
CLIMBING AT TOPROCK
Maintain physical distancing between non-household members.
Sanitize/wash your hands frequently during your visit.
The use of liquid chalk is recommended.
Exercise equipment must be wiped down by users when they are finished with.
We cannot wash climbing holds after every use so everyone must practice exemplary personal hygiene.
While we no longer have a reservation system in place, we are still operating with a maximum capacity of 50 people. A two-hour time limit will be enforced if we reach capacity.
HAVE FUN!
