Outdoor Bouldering Safety Seminar

Toprock Climbing is happy to host an Outdoor Bouldering Safety Seminar to prepare you for the transition from the gym to the crag! Learning the best practices for climbing outdoors, and practicing them inside can set you on the right path for bouldering outside, which comes with a whole new set of challenges.  

Topics covered include:

  2. Communication

  3. Pad Setup

  4. How to Spot

    1. Single person spotting

    2. Multi person spotting

  5. How to choose an outdoor climb for your project

Cost: $20 for members, $40 non-members (includes day pass).

Outdoor bouldering is a dangerous activity, and this seminar is meant to help decrease the chances of injury. Climbing outside is done at your own risk.
